“I used to use locally sourced chicken fat for roast potatoes. When I moved house I was unable to find CF. So I was surprised and delighted to find Farmison & Co on the internet. So now that I can buy jars of their excellent chicken fat my roasties are highly acclaimed. “Higher flash point than most oils and with a great flavour - excellent for frying or roasting pretty much anything. Tested first on roast potatoes - a revelation!”

“I return for the schmaltz regularly - it helps to create the most amazing roast potatoes. My husband does not eat beef so having an alternative to beef drippings for potatoes and yorkshire puddings is essential. It arrived in great shape as well.”
