“I used to use locally sourced chicken fat for roast potatoes. When I moved house I was unable to find CF. So I was surprised and delighted to find Farmison & Co on the internet. So now that I can buy jars of their excellent chicken fat my roasties are highly acclaimed. “Higher flash point than most oils and with a great flavour - excellent for frying or roasting pretty much anything. Tested first on roast potatoes - a revelation!”
