“I always use animal fat, Butter and olive oils, I don't use processed oils, this beef dripping is one of the best, as I am an older person I still remember getting dripping from the butcher on the high street, this dripping reminds me of those simpler days and simpler food that you new what was in it.”

“Sadly this item was not sent as you were out of stock, I was sent chicken schmaltz instead which I have used to sauté some potatoes and was very impressed. Fortunately I was able to source some dripping from a local butcher as this is my preferred fat for cooking roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. I've scored a 5 anyway as the schmaltz and other products on my order were all absolutely top class.”
