While this might seem extravagant being used in a soup, I can only say that after making my bacon and bean soup countless times with supermarket bought bacon that shrinks and virtually disappears amongst the other ingredients, this remained fabulously meaty and the flavour was more subtle on the smoke but the overall quality doesn’t compare with even the most expensive cuts in the supermarket local to me.

Best bacon sandwich ever. Bacon with the taste from childhood. Great product.

Always great Bacon, it never shrinks to an inch of its like supermarket bacon that’s pumped full of water and nitratess

We bought these to make our pigs in blankets along with Nidderdale sausages. Really good firm bacon, not cut too thin and really tasty. Also good on a fry up!

I would actually say absolutely delicious, but there weren't enough star symbols!!! Made a lovely lattice on top of your equally superb turkey and we ate it as a "starter"!

Our family tradition for many years has been to have bacon butties first thing Christmas morning. We’ve had the Ripon Cathedral Streaky Bacon for this several times now and it’s delicious. Nice amount of fat to crisp up…
