Another absolutely delicious piece of beef which was perfect for our lunch on New Year's Day. Excellent value and reliable delivery for which many thanks.

Farmison never fails to deliver consistently high quality beef. The 33 day dry aged wing of Rib of beef was our Christmas dinner centre piece. Really happy to pay extra when I know that I will get beef that has been has ethically sourced and is full of flavour.

A lovely full flavoured and tender cut. It made 2 of us a terrific roast and the delicious sandwiches for days afterwards. Will definitely order again.

Arrived well packaged. Butchery was very tidy and a good amount of meat around each bone. Made a lovely Christmas dinner.

The beef I bought..... what can I say, except that it was absolutely outstanding! The taste, the texture, the flavour all were how beef used to taste, apart from being better. Without doubt a wonderful cut of meat...... thank you

A truly superb piece of fore rib, correctly cut and presented. High in flavour from marbling and a somewhat more generous coating of fat. Cooking: last thing at night turn oven up to MAXIMUM fpr 15 mins. Place joint ( at least min wt. 5 lbs!! ) in center of oven, close door and give 5/10 minutes at MAX TEMP then turn oven OFF. Go to bed and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES open the oven door. Let the pven go quiet cold, maybe toll 2 o'clock follpwing day. The joint will be PRRFECT!!! It always is!!! I guarantee it. RDH
