It was beautiful tasty but very very fatty in almost strips therefore a lot of waste . I’ve had better from you

This was hands down the best, most tender prime rib I have ever tasted. The quality of the meat was outstanding and melted like butter with just the right amount of fat which rendered beautifully. It's a showstopper and guests were blown away.

Arrived exactly as stated and well protected and chilled. Meat was in great condition with great marbling throughout. Instructions for cooking via the QR code worked well for medium rare. Great product and service.

Arrived beautifully packed exactly as promised. We have had this cut from our local butcher every year and were getting fed up with how tough it was when we ordered from Farmisons instead. It was delicious and tender. Always keen to support a local business but I’d definitely buy this way again.

We missed the opportunity to purchase the Xmas version of this but were very happy this was still available. Very tasty, great quality meat. We had it for Christmas dinner and had plenty left for Boxing Day. What was left ended up in a cottage pie the day after. Rib of beef is a bit tricky to cook right. So we had to cook it some more on Boxing Day. However there was plenty of cooked enough meat to go by on Xmas day.
