“Just perfect, the steak arrived on time as ordered, packaged very well. The steak cooked as expected to perfection and was a delight to slice into such tasty tenderness, no endless chewing on dry tasteless meat. Definitely the best steak ever.”

“OMG was this Wagyu? Having followed the instructions and an internal temperature of 52 degrees. Served with its own juices on rice with broccoli it looked magnificent n the platter. Actually, no need for a knife - it was just sooooo tender and somehow disappeared in the mouth entirely. Packed with flavour as I remember beef of my childhood. It was a shame to have company and shared some. The dog was treated to the bone after I had found some morsels left behind. Simply magnificent!”
