“I get these flat irons because they are perfect to cook in a pan with butter and load of white pepper rendering a nice and hot peppery sauce.”

“It’s the first time I buy and cook a flat iron. The taste is wonderful. Simply pan cooked with butter and a lot (and I mean a lot) of white pepper. Simple but so great.”
