“Lovely flavour. Perfect when cooked with just a touch of salt & pepper. Even nicer when marinated for a few hours in lemon juice, splash of rareseed oil, garlic, smoked paprika & a teaspoon of dried crushed chillis. Give it a try.”

“Really good meat from healthy animals that are free to roam outdoors and eat a natural diet which will be at least partly what they have found themselves. Pigs are intelligent animals and should not be raised in confinement, as in conventional farming. They get depressed.”
