“The Farmison chickens are always really lovely. I spatchcocked this one, covered it in herbs and a magic rub and cooked it slowly on my gas BBQ. Crumbs it was good.”

“Although I didn't receive the 2kg chicken but a 3kg cockerel. The bird cooked beautifully and there were no issues. The only reason I have deducted one star is because the days approaching the dinner I suffered some anxiety, as I have never cooked a cockrel before and had herd they are a little tougher than the hens.”
