“This Easter, my family and I decided to try the Hand Tied Rump Joint from Farmison & Co for our special dinner, and it was an absolute hit! The beef was incredibly succulent and flavorful, making our meal memorable. The joint arrived beautifully marbled and had a deep, inviting red color. It was clear that we were in for a treat. I seasoned the beef with a blend of salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and a touch of mustard. The aroma that filled the kitchen was mouthwatering. We opted for the traditional roasting method. After preheating the oven to 220°C (425°F) and roasting for 15 minutes to sear the outside, we reduced the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and continued roasting until the beef reached a perfect medium-rare. The result was tender, juicy meat that melted in our mouths. We served the rump joint with crispy roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding, and a creamy horseradish sauce. The combination was divine. My family couldn't stop raving about the beef. Even my picky eaters were impressed by how tender and flavorful it was.
