“This has changed significantly since I last ordered it. The medallions are small pieces of fillet not medallions. The overall weight is 1/3 less than last year. Quality good not great sadly. I used it in a stroganoff and it just about passed muster. It's been my favourite purchase in the past and have used it for sumptuous mains including a mini Wellington. Not now. Now it feels very stingy for the high price.”
