“Best chicken to make a broth easy to cook just slowly boiled for a couple of hours with lots of fresh herbs like thyme and rosemary add a couple of star anisé and a few cloves fresh grated tumeric and you have a superbe collagen broth which you can also use to make bolognaise stew etc delicious and a health boost I recommend”

“This is one of my favourite I boiled it with lots of fresh herbs like thyme sage and rosemary I add a few cloves and star anise that give me a bouillon and also a stock for any base of a sauce for a dish. My dog gets a treat with all the chicken bit too every body is happy”
