“My Hand-Tied Topside Beef Joint was tender and tasty. I cooked it according to the Farmison&Co recipe and rubbed it with herbs. It was also excellent as a cold cut. I'm very pleased I have found Farmison & Co as my supplier as I know that meat is fresh and will be delivered well packed and protected.”

“Yet again, this is an excellent-quality product, which I and other meat items have ordered and which has been delivered so efficiently. I'm afraid; however, I was concerned about this delivery; the box was soggy down one edge and corner with what looked like blood. I opened the contents to see if any plastic sealant packaging had been pierced. I was somewhat dubious of the beef as it was a little discoloured - lighter than the rest of the joint. The coolant packages were still resistant. I do not mind paying for a good product and service, but I was also surprised to see a slab of fat tied to the top of the joint! It is something I would expect from Tesco or of the CoOp, but not you guys. Quality controls must be in place if you will be 'top-notch' and of the best quality. Sorry for these negative returns.”
