“Wow this was a truly amazing piece of beef for our special meal on Boxing Day, our guests said they have never tasted beef like it! I cooked it as Farmison suggested the only difference being that I covered the fat in powdered mustard, it cooked beautifully and carved and ate beautifully as well, yes it was expensive but was worth every penny. I'd much rather pay for good home grown, well cared for meat, from animals well cared for whilst alive then a good end. We must do all we can to keep our great small farms it would be an immensely sad day if we lost them.”
