“We love a rib roast and this joint / steak worked out perfectly for 2. The meat smelt like meat ought to…..like the old days when meat was meat! It cooked well and the meat was tender and tasty! It was more than enough for 2 meals for 2 people! Perfect down to the last slice!”

“Not had this cut before but will definitely be back for more. Good blend of flavour and tenderness with a bonus bone to gnaw on. Looked great, tasted even better. Perfect for two hungry people for a special steak night in the garden”
