“I just popped this in a large saucepan full of water along with some veg and herbs and cooked it long and slow and low and with some love. I cannot tell you how lovely this was. I have been salting beef at home for a few years and this was just as good (I'm not going to say better...)”

“I cooked this in a mild sweet pickle with fresh sage, thyme, shallots and baby carrots. I served it with crushed baby potatoes and hispi cabbage quarters braised in the stock. It made a magnificent meal and the remainder of the beef went into a lovely corned beef hash.”
