“Bought Pork Loin, Braising steak and Shin beef from Farmison to cover the Christmas period. On Christmas Eve we had a huge meat and potato pie with lovely gravy made from the meat juices. This dish went down a treat with everyone complementing how tender the meat was. On New Years Day we have the Pork Loin joint. Again this was complemented. I have to say that the meat I bought at Farmisons was extreemly lean with just the right amount of fat to give that extra special taste. I shall certainly be buying from them again as I like compliments, even if it was the lovely lean meat and not really my cooking that won the day.”

“This went down a storm with our table of 10. Cracking crackling! The meat itself was so tender and flavoursome. There were lots of ooh’s and aah’s around the table and when seconds we’re offered they finished it off. Only disappointment was that we had no leftovers for the next day”
