“This small joint easily fed three, and tasted much better than it looked - which means to say the meat looked and was lean, but nevertheless very juicy. We bought this because it was the only one on which crackling was specified, and it would be good if the fat had crackled a bit more and if there had been more crackling altogether. Nevertheless, Farmison's pork is always to be relied on as tasty, and this joint did not disappoint.”
