“We had the Baron of Beef . Absolutely outstanding. We like our meat blue (so VERY rare! ) and it was perfect and really tender. De boned chicken , delicious . Belly of pork fabulous . Hi ckup over one small item , mediate refund no quibble . I am truly impressed with everything. Will most definitely use again .”

“We have pork on Christmas Eve to celebrate our Norwegian traditions/heritage. It was a succulent piece of meat and the crackling was so tasty. We continued to eat the meat cold over several days and it was just a brilliant cold too. Thanks so much.”
