“Beautiful piece of pork, really tasty and well packaged. Used it to make a Porchetta stuffed with sage, parsley, fennel seeds, garlic and citrus zest and dried in the fridge for 48 hours uncovered. Comfortably fed 4 of us and everybody loved it! Will definitely order again”
