“This was my first attempt at a venison roast, and for our main christmas dinner. No pressure then! It was delicious, rich tasting with a dessert but soft texture. Made a redcurrant gravy which worked really well.”

“Never used this company before, purchased this joint, a aged joint of beef and a turkey crown, well what can i can all of my family totally enjoyed all, really made or Christmas celebrations, will buy again, many thanks and thanks for flying the British flag, always try to buy British but hard sometimes at a sensible price point.
