“This joint cooked nicely and tasted as it should but there was lots of fat. We have bought ribs of beef for years at Christmas, this our first from farmison. We know the joint has fat for flavour but the large amount spoilt it for us. It was also the most expensive. Sorry will Probably go back to Pipers.”
