“We had this bwteen 3 of us for our main Christmas Day dinner and it was delicious and made a nice chabge from turkey. There was plenty to eat and enough for leftovers for Boxing day too.”

“The goose was dellicious and went much further than we expected. So far we have had three meals for two out of it - a goose leg each on Christmas Day, slices of breast on another day and a cassoulet incorporating pieces of goose with sausage(regrets we did not order Toulouse sausage from Farmison at the same time as the goose) and pork belly. There is still enough for another helping of cassoulet for two and enough goose left for sandwiches. We also receivced a tub of goose fat free of charge with the goose and filled many more jars with goose fat from the cooking, plus froze the liver, which will come out to make delicious pate with the liver from our next duck, so an expensive treat at £88 but a lot of value in the bird, whose carcass and giblets have made great stock.”
