“Ordered back in early November for delivery for Christmas, to arrive on the 23rd December. This was our 5th year ordering from Farmison. The 23rd came and we had no delivery info - tried to call Farmison and it just rang and rang and then went dead, no option to leave a voicemail. Enquired using their WhatsApp number - again no reply. Delivery data finally came through to say it was delayed until the 24th. Tried to contact Farmison again to ensure it would still arrive in time for Christmas. No responses on email, WhatsApp or phone on either the 23rd or morning of 24th December. By 2pm on the 24th the tracking said ‘delayed’ and still didn’t say out for delivery. Needless to say, the Turkey never arrived. By the evening of the 24th it said it was delayed until the 29th, still no reply from Farmison. The 29th came - STILL no reply from Farmison, and no delivery (obviously by this point it was far too late anyway). On the 30th December they finally responded to apologise, refund and offer a £30 gift voucher. They also promised it wouldn’t be delivered so we didn’t have to deal with disposal. It arrived that afternoon, use by the 26th. 0/10 experience - and massively unimpressed with the total absence of any contact. I can’t even say it was poor customer service - it was non-existent.”

“Tasty but pale. Would like to have seen more depth of colour; flavour was good (added a little bit of beef stock to give it a darker colour). Not overly generous - wouldn't say it stretches to four servings personally.”
