“The meat was excellent. However the service from farmisons this time fell short of what we have come to expect. The delivery was a day late with no communication that this would be the case resulting in huge amounts of stress and a very costly replacement meal purchased on Christmas Eve. Would think twice before ordering again.”

“Not very good. There was more fat(at least 1inch), than meat. It was unsuitable for feeding 6 people. Very disappointed .”

“This is always our Boxing Day meal, slowly cooked for 3-4 hours in apple juice with cinnamon, star anise and peppercorns. Glazed with maple syrup, apple juice and wholegrain mustard and roasted fro 30 minutes...........served with sprouts, bacon and crushed potatoes all fried together. Love this gammon, both hot and cold, very tasty and not too salty either. Horseshoe gammon is not just for Christmas!”
