“Delivered on time no problems. Followed the instructions, and used a meat thermometer to judge the cooking time. Result; the best beef sirloin joint we have ever eaten. Tender, succulent, flavourful; superb quality.”

“We were extremely impressed with the quality of the sirloin beef joint. The meat was full of flavour and value for money, making it a real standout when cooked. It arrived in secure, well-insulated cold packaging that clearly maintained the correct temperature throughout delivery, giving us complete confidence in its freshness. An excellent product and a professional delivery experience from start to finish.”

“I’d love to be able to review the beautiful piece of meat I received. Unfortunately- and I have to stress this is not Farmison’s fault - FedEx took it upon themselves to reschedule my requested Friday delivery without telling me, meaning the joint sat unrefrigerated in their warehouse for three days and thus when it did finally arrive it was not cold and not safe to eat. Farmison’s customer service were great, I can’t praise the lady I spoke to on the phone enough, she immediately agreed to refund me, however, I still haven’t actually received that refund and I still had to go out and find something to feed the family for Christmas. I ended up significantly out of pocket and everyone got a truly mediocre Christmas dinner instead of the feast I’d promised, so that was Christmas ruined. I have used Farmison several times in the past and always been very pleased with the quality of their products and their service but I just can’t take this risk again so regrettably I wont be using them in the future.”
