“Product was good quality. However the meat turned up late after pre ordering 3 months In advance for Christmas which was very disappointing and also the other part of my order never arrived. On top of that the meat came from Aberdeen which I was under the impression Farmison were a Ripon, Yorkshire based company.”

“Appalling.. Christmas order did not arrive, which was a present I ordered for my nephew. Should have arrived on the 20th, finally promised Christmas Eve.. NEVER arrived. I called the office at 1pm to be hear an answerphone stating we are now closed for Xmas.. appalling.. and still no reply to my messages on FB, or my email.. never again.. that's after 10 years as a customer..”
