“Very happy with this joint of beef. Got it for Boxing Day this year and it served three of us. Lovely, tasty, juicy meat with a nice balance of fat. Tender too. Unfortunately I use supermarkets for every day stuff but shop at Farmisons for something I know will be good quality.”
