“These made delicious bone broth and the marrow was good but not much of it. As it states the bones don’t come like the picture, so don’t think you can make a pretty bone marrow starter on a plate like that you can’t. Don’t use that picture of the bones are nothing like that. It’s misleading even with a statement it’s wrong. I didn’t use all of them and one of the pieces was very long. Why not keep them shorter for customer ease. All of this said the broth was very nice.”
