“Just perfect sums it up. Cooked easily with no waste and tasted delicious in a bolognese. Texture was very soft and lean. I have been using grass fed beef for some time, but yours is the best I have tried.”

“I never have to drain the fat with this mince and it's very tasty. Sometimes we get some gristly bits in which I guess happens from time to time.”
