“Not 100% sure about it, the smell after leaving the meat out of the plastic for more than 40min still weird to me. I don't know if it's my ignorance but I have never experienced that smell from beef mince. Tastes good but like the smell, a touch of something strange to me stays (not because is in bad condition but something else). Burgers on the other hand are amazing and don't have this problem”
