“The mutton, something we exclusively obtain for Easter and with a preference over lamb, was of superb quality. With a hefty fat cap which will be used in making a stock, and thick pieces of meat, we got exactly what we desired in the order with enough to be used for future meals besides. So long as mutton remains available each year, I fully expect to order the same again annually.”
