“Not the fault of farm2fork but the delivery partner was a let down. Late delivery - over a day late, tracking not available so really did not know at what time on Christmas eve to expect to have to find an alternative out of the freezer..... about normal for that particular company.”

Hi Dave, I'm really sorry to hear your delivery was delayed. Ever since the outbreak of Covid-19 our courier partners have seen significant increases in parcel volumes going through the network, which, paired with staff shortages has meant a small number of our deliveries are being delayed by a day. We are keeping customers up to date with the current delivery service performance on our website Delivery Information page, and are always here if you need us to contact the couriers for you to get an update on the delivery of your parcel. “For some reason, the delivery courier decided to leave my boxes outside my gate in the drive instead of ringing my doorbell. Luckily I soon discovered them when I got an email saying they had been delivered. This was earlier than the hour delivery slot. Good job there was a picture on the courier's website showing where the boxes were. On the plus side, the delivery was early in the morning.”

“was ok, delayed by 24hrs which caused a bit of panic and concern but packaging kept the good fresh and all was fine in the end”
