“Mutton is a delicious alternative to lamb mince and knowing the sheep had a good life grazing is also very satisfying. I often mix it with some grated onion, garlic, lemon rind and a good few dollops of Al-Fez Harissa sauce to create tasty lamb patties - or just eat it plain with salt!”
