“Our frozen goose arraived on the day it was supposed to arrive, very well packed and insulated, it was just defrosted and still cool stored in our unheated scullery 5 days later. Very high yield of goose fat over 6 hours slow cooking (7 jars should last a year) and 8 large servings of the very best meat and crispy goose skin, decent value for £148 including P&P. Will order again.”

“Our Christmas goose was fabulous and by having it delivered on the last available day, the thawing time worked out perfectly for Christmas day. Lots more meat than we expected and the crispy skin was to die for!”
