“I used half the package of chicken soup bones I got delivered and it made 500ml of the most delicious stock I've ever made. I simmered the bones with celery, carrot, onion, half a sweet potato (just because it was there!), peppercorns, fresh dill/sage/rosemary (again, because they were there!). It's now in the freezer ready for use in recipes.”
