“I made a simple stew including carrots and potatoes. Also onions, garlic, mixed herbs, stock, a little red wine, and two teaspoons of harissa paste. Beef was floured and fried with onions and garlic plus olive oil. We enjoyed it with brown rice. It was tender and delicious.”
