“The teapot is fantastic. Utilitarian, lightweight, and perfectly balanced. Ceramic teapots may be great for keeping tea hot, but who stores tea in their teapot? Pour it into a cup and drink it! Ceramic teapots are too heavy to pour when full. My mother loves her new Falcon teapot. Lightweight and just the size for 3-4 typical cups of tea.”
“Our grey teapot looks lovely and is well made however the lid top is a little small and so not easy to grasp hold of. The handle get hot too so we need to use a cloth when pouring.”
“A tiny chip on the spout and a little smaller than I thought, but this tea pot is perfect otherwise. We went for pigeon gray so that when people ask about it, we can tell them the name! The Handel doesn’t get too hot either if you position it right. I have an elective stove and it heats up pretty quickly. Not sure if it’s quicker than a pot of water but the form factor helps with pouring.
Perfect little kettle for my needs.”
“We are very picky about our teapots. This teapot works well because the spout comes from the bottom of the pot, rather than the top lip. It’s an apparently small point but it means that the inevitable fine tea scale that builds up during brewing remains in the pot rather than floating on top of your tea.”
