Apologies for the delay, we are a small team and working through as quickly as possible. As mentioned in my email and other reviews, I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched this week. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel.
If you don’t wish to use it for consumption, we recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot.

“I have not used the teapot yet as it's a Christmas gift but i have taken it out of the box to look at it. I love the colour and it's shape. I did think it would be a bit bigger but i am still very happy with it. Good quality and nice to look at. I will update the review once i have used it.
It was very well packed so no chance of damage. Spent a lot of time looking for a decent teapot and very glad i bought this one.”
