“This flooring looks great, it is solid as stated, we haven’t put it down yet but can’t see any issues so far. Didn’t take long to come, but we do have an issue...we had to phone several times to make sure they had a delivery date as we both work. We were told that the people who deliver would be in touch to confirm but were told that the day we had asked for was noted and fine. We phoned the same week to make sure and were told “yes it’s fine, they should confirm” Well if it wasn’t for the Coronavirus forcing us to be working from home, we would have had a delivery of 46 boxes of wood flooring at our kerbside and not been in. That’s bad organisation, it worked out in the end but even after us trying to make sure we did what we were asked to do. We were let down by the delivery. Unfortunate but could have been a big problem. The product however, is excellent.”
