“I've used this company before and they're excellent. I was really happy with the previous flooring which I put in last year. although the room (a kitchen/living room) had lots of nooks and crannies, so was really hard to do. (HINT take off and cut the kick boards on you kitchen units). They didn't have the same flooring this so bought the Golden Oak, It's a darker shade but well suited to the bedroom and the whole just runs straight through. The bed room was square and very easy to do. By using the off cuts from the right side to start off the left I had almost no wastage. Use the longer planks (eg 90 cm) for this so you get a long piece to start with. Bizarrely the off cuts from the first row fitted the final row and I laid the final alcove using off cuts. It was all good The underlay is effective, but has a mind of its own and cracks easily. So tape it down and wear your slippers.”
