“Bought this after viewing a sample that was sent out very quickly. Very happy with floor, cost was very reasonable when compared to other retailers such as Direct Flooring, quality also very good. Only hiccup was delivery - did not arrive on designated day but on day after, firm refunded full delivery cost - great customer service.”
