“We ordered this engineered wood floor for a small front room and entrance area. Price was absolutely second to none. Very slight corner damage on one pack on delivery (despite very good quality wrapping onto pallet at factory - a courier issue clearly) - but managed to salvage (cut off 10 cm of one plank). Flooring of excellent quality overall, and easy to fit (we had this done professionally but the fitter was very impressed with product as asked for details of supply). Slight issue with matching edging colour (you need this if you aren't going to remove skirting boards)...but quickly and efficiently dealt with by Factory Flooring customer service (emailed and called back when they said they would). Top tips - for best fitting, buy the best underlay they supply. Relative to the floor it will add a small cost but will make a big difference to the finished result (we used the Woodtex Premier with moisture barrier - again fitter said we had chosen very well). Also ensure you use tabs between the planks to help join and support joins and strap well after glueing. Very happy with our floor - looks amazing!!”
