“Great product, bad service... no time for delivery on the day supposed to call an hour before, no call until they were at the house and my wife was picking up our daughter from school.
Then wouldn’t redeliver unless we paid another £30.00 delivery.
Again no clear timescale on redelivery, you literally have to stay in the house all day.
When we called to speak to them about it, we received a very cold and clever response which was uncalled for.”
