“After receiving the free samples we bought the vinyl flooring. It was an easy process online and within an hour we received a call from Factory Direct Flooring to confirm the purchase arrange a delivery day and explain all the T&Cs. The delivery was made on schedule and with everything as it should be condition wise. Really pleased with the flooring and the fantastic service. Well recommended.”
