“After receiving many different samples, I knew this was exactly what I wanted. It was a competitive price and it looks fabulous once laid. Although I’m happy with the product - quality and appearance, I’m not ecstatic about the delivery. (Just left in front of my car by unhelpful delivery drivers). For a small amount of flooring, delivery costs were high. On top of that plus VAT. So not as cheap as first appeared. Overall, the appearance was what I anticipated.”

“Excellent product. Arrived well packaged on a pallet. Only reason for 4star rating is the delivery company failed to deliver on the specified date and re-arranged delivery twice because they were "too busy". Not Factory Directs fault as such but they should choose their carriers more carefully!”
