Hi John, Thanks for your review, when you placed your order on 20/01/20 it was on "backorder" and the estimated docking date was Mid February, as it is now only 05/02 - the product hasn't arrives yet. If you prefer to have a refund, please let us know.

“I used this product in my kitchen as it is 100% waterproof, It was very easy to lay once I got used to locating the short end of the plank, it just need a tap with a block and mallet to activate the click connection. I'm very pleased with how the product looks and would definitely recommend it to anyone!”
