“Our True Summer Oak Aqua Plank floor has been down for a few weeks now. We are so pleased. Firstly the ordering and delivery process from Factory Direct Flooring was excellent, arriving within days, and in good order. The price was far better than could be found for similar products elsewhere and the flooring itself looks and feels great. We have it throughout a new kitchen/dining/family area. My builder who fitted it for us was complimentary about the product and how easy it was to lay albeit he was a little unsure beforehand I think he may well suggest it to other clients from now on! I will definitely recommend Factory Direct to friends and will use again in the future. N.B. Make sure you order any accessories at the same time as the flooring (you don't want to be paying full price delivery for minor items on a separate order!) I ended up purchasing floor sealer locally for the odd gaps to fill.”
