“Really pleased with this flooring and the service from Direct Flooring Ltd. The free sample service was outstanding and made all the difference in choosing the pattern/colour and deciding to buy. The Texstep flooring seems like an excellent product. Cuts easily but heavyweight quality and good sound deadening / warmth with the felt backing. Easy to handle and fit with very good grip on the surface. Great product, great value, great service. Highly recommended.”

“product was just what I wanted but the packaging was ripped due to bad packing by the delivery firm so that the delivery driver had a problem extracting it from the disordered mess.”
