“I had a issue with a fault in the wood finish at one end of each plank. Replacement packs were quickly sent out and all was rectified. Flooring looks lovely and hopefully only i can see any faults or edge chips. Easy to lay and looks great. Its only been down one week so yet to see how durable it is.”
